Respecting Cultural Protocols

This website has been created by Wangkumarra people to share our language, stories, and knowledge in ways that honour our culture and our Elders. We ask all visitors to engage with this space respectfully and to follow cultural protocols when using the materials or connecting with the people behind this project.

  Give credit to the Wangkumarra community, Elders, and contributors when sharing or referring to materials from this site.

  Whether for teaching, publishing, or exhibitions, we are happy to guide you through the correct permissions process.

• Be a good ally.
  Listen deeply, respect boundaries, and follow the lead of community voices. Support our goals, stand up for our rights, and help create spaces where First Nations people feel safe, seen, and heard.
